Learner Engagement

Following its inception in 2010, the TAHSN Education Committee embarked on a collective Learner Engagement Initiative to administer a standardized survey to learners in all health disciplines across the TAHSN hospitals. The objective of this initiative was to enable the collection of data that would contribute to quality improvement, leveraging best practices, and benchmarking performance for comparison across the membership. TAHSN members have established learner engagement as a corporate performance indicator, and will leverage future reports to understand the profile and needs of learners, to in turn optimize the engagement of learners across TAHSN.
