Sustainable Health System Community of Practice

Acknowledging carbon-intensive nature of the health case sector, and that hazards related to climate change have a significant impact on our health and our health systems, this Community of Practice was established in September 2020  through the leadership of TAHSN and the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health. It provides evidence, ideas, leadership and advocacy to reduce carbon emissions through coordinated action, research and education. The Centre for Sustainable Health Systems supports the Community of Practice, coordinating evidence-based actions and initiatives that move health systems toward high quality, low-carbon care.
